A dedicated Unit Manager is needed for a Nursing Home based in Welshpool. You will be fully responsible for the effective running of one of three units in a large Nursing Home for elderly residents.
Your duties will give you a chance to use your leadership skills, delegating tasks to your care team to ensure your unit is performing to the best potential, keeping accurate records of each resident whilst consistently delivering the highest care standards.
You will get to use your interpersonal skills to create strong and healthy relationships with local professional bodies, helping build the profile of the home within the community.
You will be responsible of assessing the physical, mental and social needs of your new residents, meeting their needs and in turn making positive relationships with the residents and their families.
