    Supporting the management of / maintaining full compliance within the home.

    Must have knowledge of working in a similar environment at supervisory level.

    Good relationship with CQC and all standards.

    Must be passionate, committed and loyal to join a “Family" orientated environment.

    The successful Deputy Manager will be responsible with the manager for the running of the nursing home. You must be able to effectively manage change, develop a strategy to maintain financial stability as well as supporting the Manager in managing all budgets and marketing to ensure maximum occupancy.

    The successful Registered Manager must ensure that all procedures are kept up to date and that staff are made aware of and comply with the procedures laid down by the Company and adhere to all codes of conduct.

    Your job role will involve recruitment of RGNs/RMNs and Care Staff to ensure the required level of skills and experience achieve a committed working environment.
