I am currently working on behalf of an excellent provider of care across the North West. They take a person centred approach to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career and join a fantastic provider of care who consistently support and encourage their staff to grow and develop. The role itself will involve co-ordinating a team of staff to provide the best levels of support possible. This includes allocating shifts and overseeing recruitment and induction.

The ideal candidate will be able to show an aptitude and enthusiasm for the role. You must be flexible, well organised and able to deliver a high level of care:
* Duties would include compiling and managing rota's
* Booking training and co-ordinating staff to attend
* Supervisions/Appraisals/Meds assessments
* Spot checks
* Keeping personal client info up to date
* Degree of support
* Managing sickness absence
