We are currently looking for people interested in a full time contract who live close to Garforth, Immediate interviews to be held!

If you are looking for a full time Garforth, that's great, we have a variety of different contracted hours. As a Support Worker you will be working with adults with a various disabilities. Your main responsibility is to ensure the happiness and comfort of these adults with difficulties, which can be managed in a variety of ways.
This job could be anything from helping them within their own living space to assisting them in accessing the community. For example you would be helping them with their cleaning, cooking, helping them to apply for jobs and helping them with their daily routine.
You will realise that each resident has a unique and fantastic personality and you will be encouraged to do whatever you can to ensure that they are growing as an individual. You will celebrate birthdays, be creative, be playful and overall provide the best care that you can. It is a very rewarding job and you will find the job role extremely satisfying.
It would be ideal to have some experience working in care for this job, also having a full UK driving licence is also essential!
As a support worker you must be happy to work a variety of shifts, including earlies, lates and with full-time hours you must be able to do sleep ins. You must be willing to undertake training, be happy to commit to a full time or part time permanent contract, be willing to perform personal care duties when required.
Salary & Rewards
