I am working on behalf of a reputable complex care service provider that requires an experienced Branch Manager for their Sheffield branch.
Our client's health care division is one of the UK's leading providers of healthcare at home services. They offer a wide range of domiciliary care services for individuals and the NHS through its specialist healthcare provider, a UK business with extensive experience in providing high quality care services to individuals in their own homes.
Services are provided across the country through its 27-strong branch network and 2,000 trained care professionals. A dedicated care-at-home team support clients every step of the way, from initial enquiry through to the delivery of care. The team has in-depth knowledge and experience in co-ordinating and delivering care-at-home packages and are able to advise on the most suitable service to meet each individual's specific requirements.
From long-term complex care through to support with everyday living, they provide a high-quality care service, tailored to the individual's requirements. This care-at-home service allows individuals to remain independent, remaining in the comfort of their own home, without compromising on the quality of care.
The Branch/The role:
This particular branch is a well-established one. They are a friendly, passionate and continually evolving home care branch, who's main purpose is to deliver high quality complex care to their clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the number of hours delivered for the branch, currently around 2100 hours & maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services, ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties.
This role is a full-time role, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be a strong & experienced registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the complex care sector, although applicants with a successful managerial background within NHS complex care would also be considered. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team. NVQ level 5 is desirable however not absolutely necessary as they will fund the applicant to study for any relevant qualification if they desired.
