Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be representing a first class, niche, private provider of luxury residential and nursing care for older people. Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced General Manager to lead and manage a team of nursing and customer care professionals in delivering the high quality care for with people with both nursing and dementia care needs.
This is a large care centre that requires an experienced Manager who has particular experience in management of large budgets, cost control, developing revenue streams and marketing within private healthcare services or hospitality services. Experience and exposure to the healthcare sector is essential as is Nursing Qualification with valid PIN. An interest and commitment to understanding and delivering high quality care is imperative.
As a Senior Manager within the company you will be solely responsible for delivering on the centres KPI and for overall management of all aspects of achieving a successful care provision both financially and in meeting all government legislation.

- General management experience
- Experience in the healthcare or long term care industry is essential
- Nurse qualified with current pin
- Experience of managing large teams of people
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Passion for service to the elderly
- 25% bonus
