Passionate and experienced Home Manager required for Hartismere Place; brand new purpose-built care home located in Eye – an ancient market town in North Suffolk. What you’ll do
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee the day-to-day running of your home to ensure the highest standards of clinical and pastoral care
We will look to you to build excellent relationships with residents and their families, maximise the skills and contribution of your colleagues, and champion continuous improvement whilst ensuring adherence to the latest clinical guidelines
In short, you will ensure that your home is well respected, welcoming and profitable, and in return we offer a high level of autonomy and visibility.

With 120 homes and day clubs across the UK, we provide expert respite, residential, nursing, dementia and end-of-life care for older people.
