Locality Manager - Supported Living

I am currently working on behalf of a leading Charity specialising in providing highly personalised services for people with learning disabilities and other needs. They are looking to appoint a proven Locality Manager to support supported living and outreach services in Watford and North London.
The successful applicant will, in addition to Managing an existing staff team and being responsible for the day to day management of supported living services in Watford and outreach services in North London, the successful candidate will be also be charged with setting up and developing a new bespoke service for 1 individual scheduled to open early this year.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous management experience and hold a management qualification in care/ be willing to work towards acquiring this. They will have a proven track record in managing services providing care in the learning disability field and ideally will have managed multiple services. A full clean driving licence and the use of own car as required with insurance covering business use is essential.

Salary - £25,500
