Care at Home Service Manager

Heart Resourcing are delighted to have been asked to find a suitably qualified and experienced manager for a brand new branch of a premier private Care at Home provider.
Our client is looking for an individual who can develop and grow this new service and work alongside the Director and Business Support Personnel in helping to sign up, set up and retain long-term clients and care staff, committing to each client and employees best interests.
This Care at Home Service focuses entirely on private clients, and as such allows the team the ability to really understand the clients wider range of requirements and build a robust framework around them.
Our client takes great pride in delivering exceptional services with empathy and passion, and part of your role as the service manager will be to ensure that the staff are responsive, vigilant and informed about client needs and expectations.
As the new Service Manager you would be expected to market the service in your new area, and grow the weekly hours provision to its full potential in line with the company business plan, and hold ultimate responsibility for the smooth delivery of daily services.
In order for our client to consider you for this exciting role, you will need to have a minimum of SVQ Level 4, with previous experience in a similar role, strong business development skills, local knowledge with an excellent local communications network, combined with the ability to build, lead and motivate a passionate staff team.
