Social Worker - Early Intervention North Dublin
Social Worker, Senior – North Dublin city
The Senior Social Worker will work as part of an Early Intervention Team providing therapeutic assessment and intervention to children aged between two and five years who are experiencing a delay in their development and present with three or more complex needs.
This is a part-time assignment (3 days per week) for a 6 month period and applicants will be required to hold a full drivers licence.
The Early Intervention Team Social Worker is a core member of the team and is central to the promotion and delivery of front line health and social services. The EIT Social Worker works with the most complex families attending the service, who are experiencing difficulty or distress in relation to the physical, mental and/ or emotional wellbeing of family members. Much of the work carried out is with the family and systems surrounding the child, providing a holistic service which will promote the wellbeing and safety of the children attending the service.
Interested candidate are required to hold:
3 years post graduate experience as a social worker
Experience working in a similar setting and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Full registration with CORU
Full drivers licence and access to a car
