Registered Domiciliary Branch Manager

I am working on behalf of a very reputable UK wide based client who are looking for an experienced, strong, dynamic manager for one of their domiciliary branches based in Addlestone in Surrey.

The Branch/The role
This particular branch is relocating to The Princes Parkway in South Manchester from Wythenshawe. The new offices are state of the art and uses a technology to clock careers in and out on an app that families can access and allow them to see what care has been provided that day to their loved ones. The branch delivers 750 hours per week currently and it needs a manager to take the reins of the currently established team and take it to the next level and increase the hours up to around 1000 per week.
You will be a strong manager , preferably currently or have been registered with CQC (although not essential) and have a proven successful track record with domiciliary branch management within elderly care. You will have excellent leadership qualities and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the home and yourself. You will want to be involved in managing the service and a potential large projects in the service.
