Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced care team leader on behalf of a care home based in Skelmersdale.
The home is part of a private healthcare provider based in Skelmersdale who provides care to residents with learning disabilities.
Our client is looking for a Team Leader to oversee and supervise staff and residents within the home. The salary is between £16,000 to £17,000 per annum and the following benefits:

The ideal applicant will preferably have QCF level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). You will be responsible for supervise staff and evaluate the care delivered to residents, ensuring that legal and care home standards are met.
