Supported Living Coordinator - Learning Disabilities

I am currently working on behalf of a leading health and social care provider that is looking to appoint a Support Coordinator into one of their complex needs services in Manchester.
The successful applicant will assist the line manager is the coordination and operational management of their supported service. Together with the registered manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the service meets all requirements, standards and expectations of service users, the commissioners and other stakeholders. The individuals supported at the service have a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism and health needs.
Applicants looking to apply should have:
- At least three years' experience of supporting people within complex needs
- Qualified to at least NVQ level 4 in health and social care
- A proven track record in leading a staff team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A clean driving license and access to a car
Salary: £16.5k - 20.5k
