Supported Living Coordinator - Learning Disabilities

I am currently working on behalf of a leading health and social care provider that is looking to appoint a Supported Living Coordinator into one of their services in South Manchester.
The service itself provides support for service users with learning disabilities within a supported living care setup. You will provide learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and other complex needs. Reporting in to the registered manager you will lead a team in providing outcome focused support which enables service users to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
Applicants looking to apply should have:
- At least two years' experience of supporting people within a learning disability and/or people on the autistic spectrum
- Qualified to at leave NVQ level 3 in health and social care, ideally level 4 or higher
- A proven track record in leading a staff team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A clean driving license and access to a car
