Our client has an urgent need for a strong and experienced Residential Home Manager for their service near Skipton, North Yorkshire. This service is a medium sized home, which offers residential and dementia care for the elderly.
The home is a converted manor house and has been decorated offering more of a modern look internally, the homes sits in its own grounds and is close to Skipton Centre and not far from motorway links. With stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales, this truly offers a unique place for residents to live and for employees to work.
As the Residential Home Manager, you will work with the Deputy Manager to ensure the service runs smoothly. The last CQC report was rated as “overall good” therefore we are looking for an experienced Residential Home Manager who can build on this and take the home to the next level.
It is essential that you have a proven track record of managing a Residential OR Nursing Home, have excellent understanding of CQC processes and procedures, marketing homes, audits, compliance and hold a relevant healthcare management qualification.
