Support Worker - Waking Night

My client is looking for enthusiastic waking night support workers that enjoy working in a team supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities alongside other complex needs.
You would be working for a privately owned, well-led organisation based in Byfleet, Surrey. Full training will be provided and career progression is fully supported.
The main duties and responsibilities would be supporting people with general tasks in life such as: personal care and feeding, cleaning and laundry duties, updating care plans whilst also having the highest regard for the safety and welfare of the service users.
The most important skills you can bring are life skills - patience, commitment, understanding and a desire to care for others.
Hours - 4 nights per week, shifts are 8.30pm to 7.15am. This works on a rota and will include some weekends.
The rate of pay is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience plus an enhanced hourly rate for overtime.
A Senior Support Worker is also required to oversee the waking nights staff team.
