Regional Operations Manager - Care Homes Multi Site

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client, a premier care provider based in the South East and East of England for an experienced Regional Operations Manager.
The company currently operate ten purpose-built nursing homes with approximately 850 beds across the homes and almost 1,000 members of staff.
The role of Regional Operations Manager will mean leading a region of 5 homes across Cambridgeshire, Essex and Bedford growing and developing the business whilst ensuring the very best quality of care is delivered.
Driving compliance with all the company policies and regulatory requirements; whilst striving to achieve the best possible care ratings and other external recognition of quality.
Promote the highest standards of care and service - ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business,
Deliver the highest possible levels of occupancy
Develop key stakeholder relationships
Managing quality and compliance - play a lead role in investigation procedures, governing staff and care issues.
Enhance the profitability of the business - ensure revenues are generated and costs are controlled.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of leading a multi-site service focused business. Strong leadership and management qualities are essential, as is a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
The position offers a competitive salary of £60K - £65K per annum plus performance related bonus.
