Bright Selection are pleased to be supporting a quality focused care home provider with the recruitment of a Clinical Support Manager for a portfolio of nursing, residential & dementia homes along the South Coast.
You will be considered as part of the regional team and work closely with the Operations & Quality teams to provide additional support to care homes in you region. Areas of support will include, compliance, clinical audits, clinical governance, safeguarding, developing relationships internally and externally and providing guidance and coaching staff in all areas of clinical service. You will report into and be fully supported by the Regional Director and the Regional Manager of the South division.
You will need to be nurse qualified with an active PIN and a proven background working at senior level within a care home setting, you will need to have a strong background of clinical audits, quality assurance, KLOE's, DoLs, Safeguarding, Clinical Governance and the ability to lead and mentor care delivery teams.
This is an exciting and newly created role within the group and a perfect opportunity to develop the role and make a positive impact to older people living in a care home setting.
