Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England
Delivering care the Audley way means taking pride in everything we do – and setting the standard in our industry. Making sure we’ve got exactly the right people, delivering exactly the right care, at the best time for each and every one of our customers across the community lies at the heart of this. Thanks to the game-changing quality of the care we provide, Audley is going from strength to strength, which means lots of career development opportunities for you.
In this responsible role, you’ll take charge of the rostering of over 20 Quality Care Supervisors, Senior Carers and Personal Care Assistants across your community. It’s a logistical puzzle to make sure that our customers get the very best – a familiar face, week in week out, a responsive service that changes with their needs, and a level of care that will not only be rated outstanding by the CQC, but by each and every person we support. Whether you’re supporting our recruiting programmes, setting up new care packages rapidly, delivering weekly rosters that mean we get the very best out of our people’s skills and time, or making sure we’re 100% compliant with all legislation, you’ll be key to our success. Clear communication is vital, so you’ll make sure everyone from Personal Assistants to your Branch Manager, our Regional Trainers to customers, is kept in the loop.
To join us, you’ll need to have a good knowledge of working in an office delivering care, as well as strong IT skills. It’s also important that you’re a driver with a good knowledge of the local area. (Ideally, you’ll also have or be working towards, your Health and Social Care Diploma, level 3). Combining a highly organised, systematic approach, with a knack for problem solving, you’re a human dynamo who can deliver on both the short and medium term plans you create for your branch’s business. And, whether you’re talking to customers to help build the package that’s right for them, or building strong communication links with your own team, your way with people will shine through.
