Compass Associates are proud to be working with leading care provider to recruit for a Quality Manager. In this role you will be improving quality standards within the home and preparing them for CQC inspections. The successful candidate will need to be nurse qualified and have previous experience working within an elderly care setting and ideally be from an inspectorate background.
The role -
Reporting into the Head of Quality you will be conducting inspections and audits on their homes.
Working closely with the CQC to ensure new regulations standards are adhered to
The Candidate -
Background as Quality Manager or inspector (Minimum of 1 year)
Driving licence and happy with extensive travel
Genuine passion in elderly care.
Commutable from -
This role requires travel across the South East and the odd night away from home. Ideally you will be based in London or surrounding areas however this isn't essential
