One of Kent's leading Charities requires a full time Residential Home Manager with a naturally caring nature to become the registered manager of their 42 bed care home in Northfleet, Kent.

This position offers an opportunity for a Residential Home Manager to become part of a caring, fast-growing organisation. You will need a proven track record in managing high standards of care, particularly dementia, motivating a team (of 60+ people, in this case) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful Residential Home Manager will need to establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives, colleagues and professionals outside of the home such as Social Services, GP Commissioning Groups and the Care Quality Commission.

You will have proven residential care management experience and a relevant qualification (RMA, NVQ4, RMN, RGN) is essential.
