Leading company are seeking a Private Sector Nurse with a "can do" attitude. You must be a non-smoker for this position. The Successful candidate would need to do an on call, one night a week and one weekend in 4 approx. for which you will be paid extra.
In brief the role will be as follows:
The day starts at 9 am and your role will be mainly office based with a good content of administration
Running twice daily reports
Arranging rotas of staff visiting patients in their homes
Staff appraisals
Patient assessments
Ensuring nurses on the clinical side have action plans for the day
Be aware when the review dates are due for the patients
Being aware of NNC Compliance
CQC experience
Training of staff
Working to clinical excellence
Ensuring the night nurses are confirmed for each night
If you have worked with care for the elderly this will be an added advantage
