Area Manager
Are you an Area Manager within the Care Homes Industry? If so, a fantastic opportunity for an Area Manager has arisen to join this well established and expanding group. As the Area Manager you’ll be responsible for about 8 Care Homes around the Berkshire area The salary is excellent and this company offer excellent career progression due to aggressive expansion!

Area Manager - Responsibilities
*Responsible for the management, supervision and motivation of staff throughout about 8 Care Homes.
*Responsible for budget management.
*Working with the Home Managers to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved according to CQC and company objectives.


Area Manager - skills required:
*Proven Area, Regional or Operations Management experience.
*Committed to providing the highest care standards.

Previously successful candidates have had experience as an Area, Regional or operations Manager before. Candidates can expect a very competitive salary and to work for a leading company within the care sector!
